Working on Sajeya

How bookings work here, so nothing surprises you or your client.

• ✦Listing is free — no joining fee, no monthly fee, no commission. The price you list is the price you take home.
• ✦The customer pays Sajeya's booking fee (18% of the booking, GST included) on top — it's never taken from you. The customer pays you directly, on the day.
• ✦A request must be paid before you can confirm it, so the requests you confirm are real. Each request shows a deadline to answer — reply in time.
• ✦Don't take an advance outside Sajeya. Sajeya can't protect money it never saw.
• ✦If you confirm, turn up. If an artist doesn't arrive, Sajeya contacts the backup artists the customer chose. Confirm only dates you can keep, and keep your calendar up to date.
• ✦PAN is needed before you can see a confirmed client's phone, email and address.
• ✦Complete profiles appear first: photos of your own work, an About, named packages, and open dates.
